Night Nurse is a concept album exploring the harrowing experience of a young nurse at a psychiatric asylum from an undefined past, capturing her descent into overwhelming stress and anxiety. More than just a musical narrative, this project critiques the historical mistreatment and criminalization of the mentally ill. It includes a detailed 20-page booklet, an in-depth historical essay, and two videos that delve into the creation process.

The lyrics and story stem from the darkest corners of my imagination, informed by extensive research into the history of asylums, treatment methods, and the evolving roles of nursing staff. This project also examines the damaging impact of modern economic greed on mental healthcare, echoing the exploitative practices of the past.
